The household answers on the invitation you already send. One person names everyone coming, each person picks a meal and the celebrations they will attend, and you get the count.
No account for guests. They can change the answer later, from any phone.

Reception · only this
household sees it
“We’ll come, maybe six of us.” An aunt answers for three cousins. Someone is coming for the Reception but not the Wedding. Then the caterer asks how many veg and how many Jain plates, and nobody can say for sure.

…and someone has to count it.
Including a plus-one. Guests need no account; Google sign-in is optional.
Vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Jain or vegan. A meal for every person, not one answer for the party.
Only the functions on your schedule. Dev comes for the Wedding and Reception; Meera for the Reception.
Meals by person, each celebration against its cap, their reception table, and the Rao family leaves the still-waiting list.

Sangeet is full.
Shown on the invitation before anything is saved.
The Mehendi lawn, the Sangeet hall and the Reception rarely hold the same number. Set a cap for each one. A reply that would take a celebration past its cap is refused before it is saved, so the count you plan with is the count that arrives.
Headcount, meals, stay, transport and each celebration’s count, exported as a CSV.
| Kind | Name | Count |
|---|---|---|
| Headcount | Attending | 313 |
| Meal | Vegetarian | 187 |
| Meal | Jain | 24 |
| Stay | Yes, please arrange a stay | 38 |
| Function | Sangeet | 161 |
Place confirmed guests at tables for each celebration. On the invitation, a guest types their own name and sees their own table, not the whole room. Other households’ seats stay with you.

Only your own table is shown.
Families who have not replied stay together on one list, not scattered across chats. Send each one a WhatsApp reminder straight from it.

The phone number on the reply, or the update link from the first reply, opens the same household again, even from another phone. Change a meal, add a cousin, drop a celebration, and your counts follow.
