Troubleshooting publish issues
What to check when checkout, payment, or the live link does not complete.
Payment did not finish
Stay on the Razorpay screen until it confirms. If the window closed early, open My Invites — a successful payment marks the invite live. Duplicate charges are rare; write to support with the Razorpay payment id.
Invite still looks like a draft
Hard-refresh the guest link. Confirm you published this invitation, not a second draft. Sign out and back in if the dashboard status looks stale.
Link or password issues
If you enabled a guest password, guests must unlock once per browser. A paused invite hides guest surfaces until you unpause from the dashboard.
