Households and replies
Group guests under one household name, and see when that household has replied.
A household is a shared name
On Guests, people with the same Household sit together. “Sharma family” is only a label you type. It does not, by itself, mean they are coming.
Give each person their own row. Use the same household name on every row that belongs together. Leave it blank for someone who is coming on their own.
Replied and still waiting
The household row says Replied when anyone in that group has sent an RSVP that matches their phone number or their name. Until then it says Still waiting.
One person answering is enough for the household row to say Replied. The other names stay on the list so you can see who was invited. Party size is the number of seats for that one row, not a second guest list.
Add them from a spreadsheet
Open Import CSV and download the sample. Put the household in the Household column. People who share a home use the same spelling, including spaces.
- Download the sample and replace the names with yours.
- Keep one row per person. Repeat the household name on each of them.
- Import the file. The group appears under that name, marked Still waiting until someone replies.
