File formats we support
What you can upload to Storage, galleries, covers, and Partner Studio libraries.
Account Storage (personal library)
Images: JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF, up to 15 MB each. Use these for covers, galleries, and editor photos.
Guest photo wall
Guests upload JPEG, PNG, or WebP (typically up to 10 MB). GIF is not used on the wall.
Partner Studio library
Studios may also add SVG, audio (MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A), and video (MP4, WebM, MOV). Video files may be up to 250 MB; audio up to 50 MB.
Other uploads
Guest lists accept CSV. Card artwork is JPEG, PNG, or WebP. If a file is rejected, check the extension and size — the editor message names the limit.
